PAYMENT OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: CASH (C.O.D.) - must be provided at the time of delivery

OPTION 2: PAYPAL - will accept payment form your PayPal Account or using your Visa / Mastercard through their site (you will be subject to an additional 3% Handling Fee)

PRICING:
All of our price lists are listed in Canadian funds.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
$25 Charge for NSF Cheques.
A finance charge of 3% per month will be charged on all past due balances.
Please call for current pricing and availability.

TAXES:
Toys Direct Inc. will be charge all respective provincial sales tax unless the order is accompanied by a valid and signed PST exemption form and certificate.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: FREE local pick-up available in Vaughan, ON. Exact address will be e-mailed to you when the order is ready;

TERMS OF DELIVERY / PICK-UP:
No claims for shortage or damage will be allowed without notice in writing within 5 days of receipt of shipment or delivery. All customers wishing to pick up their own merchandise should inform our sales representative. All merchandise must be picked up within 5 business days of notification by us. Upon the 5th business day, the goods will be delivered prepaid at the customer's expense.

RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Please note that Toys Direct Inc. reserves the right to rescind, revoke or terminate any of its offer, promotion or coupons at any time, with or without cause. This includes, without limitation, if the terms of the offer do not accurately describe our intent due to errors or omissions.
